Eden Home Cleaning has a secure key policy. You may meet your home cleaning specialist as she arrives or we can make other arrangements which ensure security. Equipment can be heavy. Please provide adequate parking with safe path to load and unload.
For sanitation purposes, we require that you have a toilet brush, but other than that, all equipment and supplies are provided. Eden Home Cleaning uses state-of-the-art, professional vacuums, special micro-fiber rags and eco-friendly cleaning agents. Natural cleaning agents are as effective as harsh chemicals, so please do not request your home specialist to substitute products for toxic cleansers or polishes.
Eden Home Cleaning accepts cash or check. Payment is due at the time of service, so please have your payment ready.
Eden Home Cleaning will refund your payment upon official notification by email. Please include the reasons for cancellation. A refund will be issued within five business days.
When your home specialist arrives, she should be able to enter home safely and payment should be ready. A lockout fee may be charged if the cleaner arrives and is unable to work due to: failure to provide adequate access to the home, aggressive and uncontained animals or other unsafe conditions, or payment is not ready.

To ensure quality cleanings, please email to reschedule or skip your cleaning with as much advance notice as possible:
- If you have any contractors working inside or outside of the home the day of your cleaning. That includes lawn and other in home services.
- If you are home sick with the flu or with a sick child. definitely email to reschedule or skip your cleaning.
