What is the cost of my cleaning?

Eden Home Cleaning offers an initial set-up cleaning followed by a biweekly cleaning schedule. The initial cleaning sets the standard for all subsequent cleanings; all cleanings vary with the nature and amount of work each time.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please call two days in advance by leaving an email or a voicemail message - 585-278-2887 - if you would like to reschedule. If you are terminating the service, we will return your keys within five business days. Contact Us.

How will you access my home?

Eden Home Cleaning has a secure key policy. You may meet your home cleaning specialist as she arrives or we can make other arrangements which ensure security. Equipment can be heavy. Please provide adequate parking with safe path to load and unload.

Do I need to provide any equipment/supplies?

For sanitation purposes, we require that you have a toilet brush, but other than that, all equipment and supplies are provided. Eden Home Cleaning uses state-of-the-art, professional vacuums, special micro-fiber rags and eco-friendly cleaning agents. Natural cleaning agents are as effective as harsh chemicals, so please do not request your home specialist to substitute products for toxic cleansers or polishes.

What is the method of payment for your services?

Eden Home Cleaning accepts cash or check. Payment is due at the time of service, so please have your payment ready. 

Refund Policy

Eden Home Cleaning will refund your payment upon official notification by email. Please include the reasons for cancellation. A refund will be issued within five business days.


When your home specialist arrives, she should be able to enter home safely and payment should be ready. A lockout fee may be charged if the cleaner arrives and is unable to work due to: failure to provide adequate access to the home, aggressive and uncontained animals or other unsafe conditions, or payment is not ready.

If you are sick or contagious

Please email us to reschedule or skip your cleaning if you or someone in your family is contagious, and we will notify you as well.
